Water: 1.7 liters

Ingredients needed to make aloe vera juice with pandan leaf sugar:

Rock sugar: 200g
Pandan leaves: 4 leaves
Aloe vera: 500g
Water: 1 liter

Step 1: Put the pot on the stove and add a liter of water to cook with rock sugar. When the water boils, stir well and bring to a boil.

Step 2: Peel the aloe vera and take the flesh of the leaf, then wash to remove slime and cut into dice. Soak aloe vera in ice water.

Lemon juice: 15ml
Pandan leaves: 1 bunch
Rock sugar: 250g
Aloe vera: 2 plants
Water

Steps to make aloe vera juice, rock sugar, pandan leaves and lemon juice:

Step 1: Cut aloe vera and soak it in salt water for about 2-3 minutes to remove slime and toxic pus. Rinse with clean water about 2-3 times. Then, wash again.

Step 2: Drain the aloe vera and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Continue marinating with 15ml of lemon juice for about 3-5 minutes to completely remove slime, then rinse thoroughly.

Step 3: Place the pot on the stove and pour water so that the amount of water is equal to 1/2 the height of the pot. When the water boils, add aloe vera and cook for about 30 seconds then take it out.

Step 4: Soak the cooked aloe vera in a bowl of ice cold water.

Step 5: Wash the pandan leaves, put the pot on the stove, add about 2.5 liters of water along with 250g of rock sugar and pandan leaves and cook over high heat. When you see that the rock sugar has completely dissolved, add the chilled aloe vera and cook for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Store in the refrigerator before using.
